- The AI may occasionally produce responses that are inaccurate, off-topic, or not perfectly aligned with the client's intent. Replyy AI and its clients are responsible for monitoring agent performance and flagging issues for correction.
- Replyy AI does not represent that leads interacting with the AI system will be aware they are speaking with an AI. Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of AI-generated messaging complies with all applicable laws and platform terms.
- Voice notes sent via the service are AI-generated audio produced by ElevenLabs text-to-speech technology, not recordings of a real human voice.
- Voice messages received from leads are transcribed automatically using OpenAI Whisper — transcription accuracy is not guaranteed.

Replyy AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or in any way officially connected to Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or WhatsApp.
